ANC shocked by arrest of Newcastle Mayor Mahlaba─── 07:01 Sat, 23 Mar 2019
The ANC says it's shocked by the arrest of Newcastle Mayor, Ntuthuko Mahlaba.
He's allegedly linked to the assassination of ANCYL regional chair Wandile Ngubeni in 2016.
The arrest comes days after Harry Gwala Municipal mayor Mluleki Ndobe was arrested for Sindiso Magaqa's killing in 2017.
The ANC says it welcomes the progress made in these political killings.
