ANC dismisses new book against Magashule─── PULANE CHOANE 06:39 Tue, 02 Apr 2019
The ANC has went on the offensive, claiming a new book by award winning investigative journalist, Pieter Louis-Myburgh is fake news and a propagandist ploy to compromise the party’s image ahead of the general elections on the May 8.
The party’s spokesperson, Dakota Legoete, rubbished Louis-Myburgh’s book, which was released over the week, as nothing but a coordinated, media attack on the Secretary General, Ace Magashule.
This, after Louis-Myburgh over the weekend released his book titled “Gangster State: Unraveling Ace Magashule’s Web of Capture”, wherein he examines Magashule’s struggle credentials from his time as a political activist in the 1980s, and zooms in on his rise to power as the Premier of the Free State and his current position as the ruling party’s Secretary General.
Louis-Myburgh, who spoke to OFM News, said he finds these comments against his book contradictory and interesting.
