Former SAA chairperson, Dudu Myeni
The North Gauteng High Court has dismissed Dudu Myenis application to have other SAA board members included in her case.
The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (Outa) wanted the court to declare the former SAA chairperson a delinquent director.
It accuses Myeni of making questionable decisions as chairperson and insists she's more answerable than the rest of the board.
According to Outa, SAA lost over R16-billion during Myeni's tenure.
