Arms deal case postponed─── 15:33 Tue, 08 Sep 2020
The Arms deal court case has been postponed, yet again.
The case involving former president Jacob Zuma and French arms company Thales will be heard in December.
In a statement, the National Prosecution Authority says all parties have agreed to the provincial postponement.
The authority says there are still matters to be resolved which include Thales’ application for review and further clarity on the resumption of international travel.
The case is now expected to resume on 8 of December.
