Artists are expected to march to the Union Buildings on Wednesday to urge the government to open up their industry.
Entertainers have been unable to perform since the COVID-19 lockdown in March, making it hard for them to earn an income.
They are calling for the industry to operate at 70% capacity.
Earlier this month, artists in KwaZulu-Natal took to the streets.
Meanwhile, President Cyril Ramaphosa could address the nation this week.
Many are expecting a move to alert Level 1 to be announced, which will see more industries reopen.
