Judgment in former president Jacob Zuma's latest attempt to have State Prosecutor, Billy Downer removed from his corruption trial, is expected on 16 February.
Zuma has argued that Downer cannot be impartial, and accused him of leaking confidential information to journalists, among other claims, which the prosecutor denied.

The former president filed a plea under Section 106 of the Criminal Procedure Act, which deals with a prosecutor’s title to prosecute.
