Speaker of Parliament Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, announced they will not be proceeding with the African Transformation Movement (ATM) initiated vote of no confidence in President Cyril Ramaphosa.
This comes amid argument from some Members of Parliament (MPs) that the matter was sub judice.
The Democratic Alliance (DA) led vote of no confidence in the cabinet is however still expected to go ahead.
