EFF disrupts Ramaphosa budget vote─── DANE BEISHEIM 15:04 Thu, 09 Jun 2022
The Economic Freedom Fighters made good on their promise to disrupt President Cyril Ramaphosa in Parliament during the tabling of the budget vote for his office.
Party leader Julius Malema addressed the media on Tuesday at the party's Johannesburg headquarters.
There, he called on the president to step aside amid criminal allegations against him.
His statement relates to the allegations of criminal activities - following the theft of foreign currency at Ramaphosa's farm in Limpopo.
The Budget Vote, which was set to start at 14:00, descended into chaos earlier after EFF MPs called Ramaphosa a money launderer.
