This follows a video showing Phophi Ramathuba, MEC for Health in Limpopo, chastising a Zimbabwean patient.
Ramathuba informed the patient on camera that patients from other countries are overtaxing medical resources.
This has renewed attention on the nation's ailing healthcare system.
