Free State Treasury is launching a campaign to address some of the problems companies are experiencing while doing business with the provincial government – such as the non-payment of invoices.
The awarding of tenders to service providers that do not qualify because of various shortcomings in their bid documents, such as the non-submission of a tax clearance certificate, will also be something of the past soon.
