The CTU Potchefstroom Golf Day will take place on 31 July 2026 at the Vaal de Grace Golf Course in Parys. This fundraising event aims to support deserving CTU students to participate in the National CTU Sports Day in Pretoria this September but may not have the financial means to do so. Funds raised through player entries, sponsorships and donations will be used to assist students with essential expenses related to the event, including transport to and from Pretoria, meals, accommodation where required, sports clothing and other necessary costs. The initiative seeks to ensure that no student misses out on the opportunity to represent CTU due to financial constraints. Businesses and members of the public are invited to support this worthy cause by entering a four-ball, at R2 800.00, or by sponsoring a hole, at R1 500.00.
