Bloemfontein - Economic development is what the Botshabelo Mall project is all about, and it will also bring dignity to the people of the area.
This is the word from Mangaung Metro Mayor Thabo Manyoni, speaking at the sod turning ceremony next to the N8 this morning.
The project will comprise a 21 000 square shopping mall.
The project will be run in conjunction with Khora Investments and Stanlib Direct Property Investments, and will open its doors in the fourth quarter of next year.
At the moment Botshabelo residents have to travel 50 km to Bloemfontein for shopping.
