According to information it is alleged that the driver of a vehicle hit a speed hump and lost control, which sent it into a river where it was quickly submerged. 

Reports indicate one student managed to escape from the car and was able to pull others out.

However, the student seated in the front had a seatbelt on, and as a result, it took longer to get her out.

At the time of her passing the student was finishing her training.
