Bloemfontein - Participants in three Pacofs productions were this morning given a send-off to the Grahamstown Arts Festival. Free State Arts and Culture MEC, Dan Kgothule says the productions will also form part of the ANC's Centenary Celebrations in Bloemfontein next year.
