Dutch police find emu running through city─── 06:26 Mon, 11 May 2020
Police in the Netherlands said officers, responding to reports of a camel on the loose, ended up capturing an emu running wild through the city of Rotterdam.
Central Schieland Police said a call came in Friday morning reporting a camel with two humps was wandering in the Kiotoweg area of Rotterdam.
Responding officers could find no trace of a camel, but ended up capturing an emu on the loose.
"Small difference," police joked on Twitter.
Officials said they are still investigating whether it's possible that a camel was also on the loose in the area.
