Sangoma arrested for desecration of grave─── 11:53 Fri, 05 Oct 2012

Mmabatho - North West Police in Mmabatho have arrested a 54-year-old Sangoma and his 39-year-old driver for the alleged desecration of a grave at Moletsamongwe Cemetery at Modimola Village in the early hours of this morning.
Police were patrolling the area when they saw the two suspects leaving the cemetery carrying a bag.
The officers stopped the suspects and discovered human remains in their possession.
It is believed that the remains belonged to an albino buried in 2002.
According to police spokesperson Amanda Funani, this was not the first time that this grave was violated.
The two suspects are expected to appear before the Mmabatho Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
