Free State police are still searching for Tony Teixeira, who was abducted from his home in Welkom last week.
Teixeira was robbed and abducted in his own white Soyat bakkie early on Thursday morning by four heavily armed men.
A family member told OFM News that a reward of R10 000 will go towards the person who can help track down Teixeira.
Police spokesperson Stephen Thakeng says the manhunt for the perpetrators continue.
Teixeira is a diabetic and was abducted without his much needed daily medication.
