Bloemfontein - The Free State Department of Sport today said it’s confident that construction at Seisa Ramabodu Stadium would be completed as planned in November this year.
MEC for Sport Dan Khothule told OFM News, after initial delays, the new turn-around date of November, could see Bloemfontein Celtic move into their revamped home and he’s satisfied with the progress being made.
Seisa is being revamped, which is to include an IAAF-approved athletics track, at a total cost of more than R300 million
