Mahikeng - The North West province will soon be able to boast its very own Fashion Week.
The provincial government says in a statement that this week is set to become an annual event aimed at promoting and developing emerging fashion designers, and recruiting potential fashion designers in and outside the province.
Fashion Week founder, Wendy Atohwo, believes with the correct grooming and investment in their talent, local designers could one day be able to stand alongside their international counterparts.
Fashion Week will be launched in Mahikeng on the 29th of this month.
