Five killed in Warden accident─── 08:37 Mon, 21 Sep 2015
Warden - Five people were killed in a head-on collision involving a truck and a light motor vehicle on the N3 south near Warden in the Free State this morning.
Netcare 911 spokesperson, Chris Botha, says when paramedics arrived at the scene the vehicle was obstructing the highway. The occupants were still trapped in the wreckage.
He said four adults and a child in the light motor vehicle were declared dead at the scene. The driver of the truck was not injured. The cause of the accident is not known.
