Klerksdorp photographer arrested for child porn─── DANE BEISHEIM 16:43 Thu, 07 Apr 2016
Klerksdorp - A 45-year-old photographer from Klerksdorp in North West appeared in the local Magistrate's Court today on 2 391 counts of the possession of child pornography.
This, after he handed himself over to officials at the Klerksdorp police station this morning.
According to prosecutor Riekie Krause, the state did not oppose bail and the suspect was subsequently released on R2 000. He is expected back in the same court on June 10.
The investigation, which has been ongoing for some time, will continue.
