Qwaqwa - Two people have been killed in two separate stabbing incidents in Qwaqwa, in the Eastern Free State this weekend.
A suspect has been arrested for one of the murders and will appear in the Qwaqwa magistrate's court tomorrow. According to police spokesperson, Mmako Mophiring, though the two incidents are unrelated, liquor is believed to have played a decided role in the killings, as the victims were both under the influence of alcohol. Both incidents happened in Qwaqwa's Makwane section.
