A witness, who wants to remain anonymous, spoke to OFM News and confirmed a shooting incident in the basement parking at the Preller Square shopping complex in Bloemfontein.
OFM News' Olebogeng Motse and Mark Steenbok are in the basement parking where the police and an ambulance are present.
According to the witness, a man was killed.
