The Mangaung Metro Mayor, Olly Mlamleli, says the city can expect more cleaning initiatives. This comes after Mlamleli visited the Bloemfontein Zoo Saturday to inspect and clean up the tourist attraction.
The city-cleaning initiative has been taking place for quite some time and yesterday the focus shifted to the zoo after it came to the organisers' attention that the popular attraction requires much-needed intervention.
Various complaints regarding the zoo have been received over the past few months.
