Johannesburg - Judge Frans Kgomo has likened the Brett Kebble/Glenn Agliotti relationship to the novel The Godfather. Judge Kgomo is handing down judgement in the Johannesburg High Court in the drug boss' application to have the murder case against him discharged. He is accused of masterminding the 2005 killing of mining magnate Brett Kebble. Kgomo says the similarities between the Kebble hierarchy and that of a mafia family are inescapable.
