Bloemfontein - Police have made a major breakthrough with the arrest of fugitive Johan Kotze today. Police spokesperson Hangwani Malaudzi told OFM News that Kotzé was arrested just before noon in Modimolle in Limpopo, after being on the run for more than a week. He allegedly orchestrated the gang rape of his estranged wife, after which he killed his 19-year-old stepson. One of the three alleged rapists was also arrested shortly after midnight in Makapanstad in Hammanskraal. Kotzé lived on a farm near Bloemfontein for several years, and also worked as a sheriff of the court in Prieska in the Northern Cape. OFM News spoke to expert forensic psychologist, Professor Dap Louw, who said Kotzé must be one of the most evil people he's heard of in the whole of his career.
