Harrismith - Four people died and two others were injured in a three-vehicle pile-up on the N3 near Harrismith, Free State last night. The two vehicles are thought to have collided head-on, where-after a third ploughed into tehm. Netcare911 Paramedics said three adult men and a young child had died in the crash. Two injured passengers were taken to the Harrismith State Hospital.
