In Bloemfontein, the grass count was moderate. Tree and weed levels were low. The tree pollen detected were pine and karee. Weed pollen included the daisy family and goosefoot. Mould counts were low.

In Kimberley, grass pollen levels were low. Trees were similarly low and only karee was detected. Low weeds included the daisy family, protea and sorrel. Moulds were low with small spikes for Cladosporium.
