In Bloemfontein, grass and mould pollen levels were low. Tree counts were moderate, with pine, plane and karee pollen recorded. The daisy family was the only weed pollen present.
In Kimberley, the tree and grass pollen levels were low. Trees included cypress, poplar and pepper tree. No weed pollen was detected, and mould counts were low.
