The South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg has ruled in favour of Mosiuoa Lekota, in the battle of the leadership of the Congress of the People.
Cope's leadership battle stems from Lekota expelling Mbazima Shilowa from the party after an internal disciplinary hearing. Shilowa refused to participate. He was found guilty of mismanaging the party's parliamentary funds.
