Radovan Krejcir co-accused back in court─── 05:23 Mon, 02 Jun 2014

Johannesburg - Owen Serero, who was part of a group of people arrested in connection with the attempted murder of investigators in Czech fugitive Radovan Krejcir's case, was expected back in the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court on Monday.
The case was postponed in March to allow the State to obtain results of DNA samples which had bee
n taken for forensic testing.
During one of his appearances in March, the court heard that police found five cellphones and two hacksaws in his cell.
It was unclear how Serero, who had previously escaped from police custody, had obtained the phones and saws.
Serero, Krejcir, Siboniso Miya, Zoduma Biyela, Jacob Nare, Nkanyiso Mafunda and police sergeant Nandi Nkosi were alleged to have conspired to kill Colonel Nkosana "Killer" Ximba and forensic investigator Paul O'Sullivan.
