'Zuma's answer to Nkandla question unlikely to meet public expectation' | News Article

Cape Town - Parliament’s programming committee will sit this morning to decide on a date when President Jacob Zuma will answer questions on recommendations by the Public Protector that he repay a portion of the R246 million spent upgrading his private home in Nkandla.

This follows Zuma’s first question and answer session in Parliament yesterday which did not include the Nkandla question because it was asked last year and had lapsed.

However, public expectation around what Zuma may eventually reveal in his answer to the EFF’s question about when he is going to pay back the money is unlikely to be met.
