Law enforcement projects launched to ensure safe roads in Free State─── 16:26 Fri, 11 Dec 2015
Bloemfontein - The Free State Department of Police, Roads and Transport will embark on various education and law enforcement projects to ensure road safety this festive season.
The Acting Chief Director of Traffic Management, George Ramotsoto, says they will work closely with taxi associations and implement educational and law enforcement road blocks in the province.
Statistics show that 121 people died in the Free State during the 2013/14 festive season. There were a total of 1 368 fatalities nationwide.
