The Griquas will not be underestimating an unbeaten Pumas side when they face off in the final of the Supersport rugby challenge this coming Sunday.

The Griquas who were last year's runners-up following a loss to WP in the final will be hoping to take things one step further this time around and hopefully lift the trophy.

Peacock Blues coach Peter Engeldow in his turn told OFM Sport that the Pumas are a formidable side but that they as the Griquas are aware of this and that they have done their homework.

"We are not underestimating them by no means, and we know what we have to do to stop them on the day hopefully and we just have to get our performance right."

"We just got to be physical and also play our brand of rugby and try and attack them and expose their defense," Engeldow told OFM Sport.

Sunday’s final which will take place at Bridgton Sport Grounds in Oudtshoorn kicks off at 14:30.
