The Commission is set to hear how - after a recommendation from the Special Investigating Unit in 2009 that Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi, his former boss Gavin Watson, former Correctional Services Commissioner Linda Mti and former DCS CFO Patrick Gillingham be prosecuted by the NPA, DCS and Bosasa - continued with illegal tenders and dealings. 

On Wednesday, Agrizzi concluded his testimony by implicating junior officials from DCS of continuing the illegal tender schemes. He says he was personally responsible for liaising with Bosasa officials who would give him the names of these officials, and instruct him to pack millions of rands in coded bangs that were handed over to these officials on a monthly basis. 

Agrizzi is expected to drop more names.
