Women academics are joining forces to raise awareness of sexual offences at universities.
They are calling on Higher Education Minister Naledi Pandor to intervene.
The academics want an inquiry into sexual violence in higher education and black-listing of those found guilty.
Representing various universities, they say the sex-for-jobs phenomenon is rife at universities.
The group says it's impossible to focus on innovation and research in highly sexualised and predatory environments.
