EFF holds elective conference─── 09:10 Sat, 14 Dec 2019
Some 4 000 EFF delegates are expected to descend on Nasrec in Johannesburg on Saturday morning when the party’s second elective conference officially gets underway.
The delegates spent Friday registering at the University of Johannesburg’s Soweto campus.
EFF leader Julius Malema will deliver the party’s political report in the morning, while secretary general Godrich Gardee will present the organisational report later in the day.
The first day of the elective conference came under the spotlight when the South African National Editors' Forum criticised the EFF after it banned some journalists from attending the conference.
