SA records 331 new #Covid19 cases─── 05:50 Wed, 27 Oct 2021
The Health Department said 331 new Covid-19 cases have been recorded in the past 24 hours.
An additional 53 coronavirus-related deaths were reported.
The majority of new cases reported on Tuesday were from Gauteng with 75, followed by the Free State with 53.
The Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal identified 48 and 47 cases respectively.
Just over 29,000 tests were conducted in the past day, with a 1,1 percent positivity rate.
