Calls for an end to child #PCR testing─── 08:26 Wed, 06 Apr 2022
The tourism industry is welcoming government’s lifting of the State of Disaster.
However, hospitality association Fedhasa says travel requirements for children are keeping families away.
The group is calling for the urgent removal of the PCR test requirement for unvaccinated children between the ages of five and 12.
Under current rules, only children under the age of five are exempt from furnishing either a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test when travelling.
Fedhasa says the rules continue to affect travel.
