Chocolate Easter Eggs

Ingredients:

200g Chocolate (any kind you prefer)

1 packet Marshmallows

2 to 3 cups of rice crispies

1 small packet speckled eggs

50g white chocolate

Method:

1. In a pot, melt the marshmallows. Be careful, they burn quickly!Stir till melted.

2. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, and melt in microwavefor 30-second intervals, stirring each time. 

3. Mix the marshmallow into the chocolate. Mix the rice crispies a cup at a time into the mixture. 

4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Roll the mixture to form egg shapes.

5. Put in baking pan. You can press a bit to form more of an egg shape. 

6. Sprinkle with crushed speckled eggs. 

7. Allow them to cool, then dip in melted white chocolate. Allow to set, and then enjoy!
