The Equality Court sitting in the Randburg Magistrate's Court will today hear Adam Catzavelos' discrimination and hate speech case.
The South African Human Rights Commission is expected to present its case against the businessman.
He came under fire after he filmed himself using the K-word while on holiday in Greece in August last year.
In the video, he was seen celebrating the lack of black people on the beach.
Catzavelos faces a crimen injuria charge.
It's also emerged that he could face charges in Greece.
