All communities that are serviced by Kopanong police station in the Mangaung Metro are advised that the station has been temporarily closed for decontamination after the detection of a COVID-19 case.
Community members who want to access policing services are advised to visit the Victim Empowerment Centre, which is situated on the same premises as the current police station.
The telephone lines at Kopanong police station will not be accessible for the duration of the closure.
Members of the community are advised to make use of the following number in case of any emergency.

The community will be informed when the police station is fully operational again.
The SAPS Management apologizes for any inconvenience that may arise from this temporary closure.
