At least 82 more people are reported to have died of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
This brings the total death toll to just over 51,000.
Over 1,500 more COVID-19 infections have been reported. But the good news is that active cases continue to drop in the country.
There are currently just over 24,000, down by nearly 2,000 since yesterday. More than 95% of those infected with the virus have now recovered.
Around 145,000 vaccines have been administered.
