Bloemfontein - Freshlyground, Elvis Blue and Teboho and Friends are just some of the artists performing at the Freedom Day Celebration event at the Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein today. The celebrations include a drum majorettes parade, motorbikes, horses and the police brass band which will depart to the stadium from Kenworth Centre at 10am. Music and cultural events also start at 10am with performances by DJ Finzo, DJ What What, Oros in 'n Lang Glas and the Grey College Gumboot Dancers. Premier Ace Magashule is expected to deliver his keynote address just before 2pm. The celebrations continue from 2.45pm to 5pm with performances by Kaya, Elvis Blue, Allayen, Chommie and Freshlyground.
