Bloemfontein - Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Sport and Recreation will conduct oversight visits to the Free State today and tomorrow to assess the state of its sport facilities.
Fifa, in conjunction with municipalities, established a Soccer World Cup Legacy Programme in 2010, yet sport development has seen little progress in many municipalities.
Ngolodi Dikgacwi, the leader of the delegation from the Parliamentary Committee on Sport, says they want to establish any progress made.
The delegation will visit the High Performance Centre, the Batho Location Sports Centre and the Seisa Ramabodu Stadium today.
