Bloemfontein - Two suspects found in possession of a firearm and cellphone belonging to the murdered Elsabeth du Bruyn from Brandfort, have been arrested.
They will today face charges of the possession of stolen goods in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court, where after they will be transported to Brandfort and charged with the murder of Du Bruyn and house robbery.
Free State police spokesperson Malelela Langa says the two were arrested on Saturday morning. They are suspected to have killed 71-year-old Du Bruyn in her home more than a week ago.
