Bloemfontein - The Mangaung Metro launched a new viewing point on Naval Hill today.
Construction is also underway for an up-market restaurant on Bloemfontein's well-known hill, which will give its clients a 220 degree view of the city.
Executive Director of Planning and Economic Development, Kaba Kabagambe says Naval Hill nowadays attracts over 500 000 people from all over the world every six months.
Kabagambe says among other recreational projects envisioned are a boutique hotel and a cable way.
