Kuruman will know about road tomorrow | News Article

Kuruman - The troubled John Taolo Gaetsewe District in the Northern Cape should have a clear indication tomorrow as to when construction of the road which lead to no schooling for three months, will begin.

According to the Joe Morolong Road Forum’s Kagisho Gaborokwe, a meeting between a ministerial task team, local government, the forum and all stakeholders tomorrow, could see construction start sooner rather than later.

It is still unclear whether children will return to school this year, but it has been communicated by the education department that grades one to eleven will have to repeat their year, while matriculants will be assisted and prepared for supplementary exams in February next year.
