Dewetsdorp - Free State police spokesperson, Yanda Ngcukana, has confirmed that the body of a woman was found near the Jimmie Roos School outside Dewetsdorp.
Ngcukana says the deceased was an employee at the school.
Two school boys apparently made the discovery of the murdered woman.
According to a source, the woman's body was found near her bakkie at the school. The suspect or suspects are on the run.
According to Ngcukana the deceased is also the manager of a lodge.
Police have asked for anyone with information to call 051-412-6800.
