She was speaking at the inauguration of the third Central University of Technology Chancellor in Bloemfontein, Free State Judge President Mahube Molemela.

Nkabinde said the obligation to transform society was not just the responsibility of the judiciary. She said it extends to all in society who serves the citizens of South Africa.

She said institutions of learning are ideal in providing the space in which individuals can realise their creative potential and be equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills and values to create and become effective citizens.
